Construction of Public Rental Housing Development at Sheung Shui Area 36 West
Scope of Work:
- Responsible for building and developing the BIM model(s) of different disciplines based on the information and data collected, managing the BIM databases, to report any clash/conflicts or difficulties in BIM model(s) production and to resolve such difficulties with relevant designers.
- Create, manage and/or update BIM model(s) that contains elements of architectural, structural, building services, underground drainage, surrounding site areas, precast elements, work sequence and progress.
- Produce 2-D and 3-D combined services drawings (CSD) and combined builder’s works drawings (CBWD) for the works of this Project.
- Provide Data Rich As-Built BIM Model for facility management.
- Work out different design proposals by BIM and choose the best solution to solve foundation problem.
